1930s manse in Coconut Grove designed by Raymond Jungles seeks $7M

3505 South Moorings Way
Magnus Jennemyr of Select Realty Group
Here we have a 9,481-square-foot Mediterranean Revival estate at 3505 South Moorings Way that was designed by Phineas Paist and Miami landscape architect Raymond Jungles.
The ask is $6.99 million ($737 per square foot), which is interesting because the residence last sold about a year and a half ago for $4.77 million. Built in 1931, the home has seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and is comprised of three stories.
Among its distinct features are a gym, cabana bath, expansive sauna, and a hulking master suite, in addition to a 76-foot lap pool out back.
You can take the drone tour below.
