Aston Martin Residences releases floor plans and renderings

The lavish Aston Martin Residences has launched sales as the 391-unit condo prepares for ascension in Downtown Miami next to the Epic Hotel and Residences, also releasing new renderings and some details about pricing, per Miami Condo Investments.
Units will range from one to five bedrooms and start at $500,000. Penthouses range from $14 million to a three-level residence with private pools for $35 million.
Cervera is handling sales.


Developed by G & G Business Developments with architecture by BMA & Revuelta Architecture International, amenities include a members-only Aston Martin Club, rooftop helipad, infinity pool on the 55th floor, fitness center and spa, business center, art gallery, theater, playroom, teen center, game room, virtual golf, and beauty salon.
