A 1,425-square-foot penthouse at Edgewater’s Onyx on the Bay is closing for $860,000 ($603 per square foot), making it the second highest sale in the building on a price-per-foot basis.

Penthouse 3 features two bedrooms, three bathrooms, and spectacular bay views from a 732-square-foot terrace that houses an outdoor kitchen and jacuzzi. It’s among the largest sales in Edgewater over the last few months.
