Terra’s Modern Doral is at 90 percent sold with only 29 homes remaining.
Construction of the 319-home community of single-family contemporary homes is expected to begin in 2017.
Modern Doral has three subdivisions: Modern 45 (105 homes), Modern 60 (140 homes), and Modern 75 (74 homes). Each has different "Miami Modernist" architectural styles from the 50s and 60s.
Residences range from four to six bedrooms and 3,100 to 4,500 square feet. Every home has 10-to-12-foot ceilings, car garages, panoramic windows, balconies and lush tropical landscaping, with prices ranging from $860,000 to $1.5 million.
"When much of the world looks at South Florida real estate, they see high-rise condos, but this market is home to a range of product types catering to a diverse buyer base," explains Terra President and Co-Founder David Martin. "The sales activity we've experienced at Modern Doral is a real-world example of growing demand for design-oriented homes in desirable communities."
The gated community will be located along 74th street between 94th and 107th Avenues, with amenities including 24-hour security, public green spaces, and clubhouses with fitness centers, children's playrooms, libraries, business centers, family barbecue areas, and pools.
