Four Seasons Hotel & Residences Fort Lauderdale, at Fort Lauderdale Beach.
This signals an upscale shift in the area from spring break to chic retreat, as the
Tropic Cay motel demo marks the end of an era.
The
$200 million project will usher in
150 hotel rooms an
95 residences, coming in 2018.
