With only one of that pantheon under contract, the Faena penthouse, and the others still up for grabs, the Bath Club Estates penthouse has a lot to keep up with. Will the unit, 18 floors up, with 9,000 indoor square feet, and another 9,000 outdoor, generous living spaces, and a pool, atop an Arquitectonica-designed building in North Beach, make it? Whatever happens, at least it might get some airtime. It's co-listed, along with the rest of the building, by Million Dollar Listing Miami cast member Chris Leavitt and real estate enfant terrible Oren Alexander (both of Douglas Elliman).

Bath Club Estates Just Has to Join the $50M Penthouse Club
Don Peeble's super high-end boutique residential project, the Bath Club Estates, is aiming its penthouse at the absolute tippy tippy top of the South Florida condominium market: the $50 million penthouse. It hopes to be among the likes of the penthouses at Zaha Hadid's One Thousand Museum (complete with indoor pool, space-age design bragging rights, and a rooftop helipad, all for $45 million), the Mansions at Acqualina (pool hanging off the side of the building, square footage galore, and in the middle of Sunny Isles, the Russian Riviera, for $50 million), and finally the Faena House (a penultimate roost designed by Norman Foster above a fantastical district of art, starchitect-designed buildings, edenic gardens, and luxury, for $50 million).
