Miami impresionante !

Miami World Center
After eight years of planning and delays, developers of the Miami Worldcenter mega-development submitted detailed plans on June 30, 2014 for a massive shopping complex and three towers covering several city blocks for approval by planners.
The plan maps the first 10-acre phase of what would eventually be a 27-acre to 30-acre mixed-use urban redevelopment project, one of the largest in the country, in the long-forlorn Park West district just north of the downtown core. The project is valued at around $1.5 billion.
Brickell City Centre
The splashy $1.05 billion development will have 5.4 million square feet of office, residential, hotel, retail and entertainment space and underground parking. The project spans 9.1 acres along South Miami Avenue between Sixth and Eighth streets.
The first phase, scheduled to be finished by the end of 2015, will include a high-end shopping center; a hotel branded EAST, Miami by Swire Hotels; a wellness center; and class-A office space.
Resorts World Miami
"Resorts World Miami is committed to developing a mixed-use complex including residential, retail and hotel uses on the site of the former Miami Herald building estimated at 14-acres. Once completed, Resorts World Miami will expand public access to Biscayne Bay and bring one of Miami's most prized pieces of land to life. We are excited about this vision and are not entertaining offers to sell the property,"  No immediate plans have been announced.
Skyrise Miami
Miami voters will decide in August 2014 whether a developer can build a swooping 1,000-foot observation tower behind Bayside Marketplace, which would undergo extensive renovations as part of the deal, city commissioners agreed.
Berkowitz has proposed a $400 million hairpin-shaped tower that would comprise three observation decks, a fine-dining restaurant, a nightclub, a ballroom, a store and three theme-park-style rides. Bayfront would improve and expand the marketplace, which sits on land leased from the city.
Island Gardens & the MegaYacht Marina
Flagstone, the developer of the long delayed Watson Island project has met its first deadline of June 2, 2014.

Members of the Florida Cabinet approved modifications to the deed for the city-owned island with no discussion. The vote allowed developer Flagstone Property Group to break ground on the project, which includes a mega-yacht marina, retail center and two hotels. Flagstone was required to start construction by June 2 under its latest lease extension from the city.
Empire World Towers
Empire World Towers is a mixed-use complex comprising of two Miami modern architecture inspired 93-story towers.  With a height of 1,010 ft (366m) Empire World Towers will be on of the top 30 tallest structures in the world.

When completed this iconic project located in downtown Miami will be home to 1,557 luxury residential units, commercial offices, retail shops and parking garage. The complex boasts oval shaped towers designed to reflect the MiMo architecture for which Miami is known. The two high rise towers joined by three air bridges are ideally situated on the bustling Biscayne Boulevard with unobstructed views to Biscayne Bay, Miami Beach and the Atlantic Ocean.  The project is approved, however, there are no immediate plans for construction.
