Kevin Durant's Former Miami Penthouse Leasing for $18K a Month

The former condo of NBA superstar Kevin Durant -- who will be playing tonight in Game 1 of the Conference Finals when the Thunder meets the Warriors -- is being leased for a record-matching $18,000 a month, reports Miami Luxury Homes:

Miami Luxury Homes just leased Penthouse 6307 at 900 Biscayne Bay at an equally-record-breaking rental price for Downtown Miami at $18,000 per month ... completely decked out with designer furniture, a $300,000+ audio/visual system and complimented by spectacular direct-water views of Biscayne Bay and Miami Beach.

Records show Durant sold the three-bedroom penthouse for $3.15 million last summer.

On the basketball front, the latest report is the Miami Heat have tabbed signing Durant, a pending free agent, as "priority number one" this summer.
