Privé in Aventura Releases New Interior Renderings

As Privé continues its ascent on a uniquely located eight-acre private island in Aventura, the 16-story luxury residential project has released three new interior renderings, revealing the porte-cochere, game room and massage room.

The twin-towered Privé will have 160 units, with prices starting at $2.1 million and ranging in size from 2,585 square feet to over 9,000 square feet, with interiors by Stephen G.

Among its notable amenities is a 10,000-square-foot gym and spa located in each tower and a private marina suitable for boats up to 130 feet. Construction is expected to top off in June with completion slated for Summer 2017.
