This newly built Neoclassical mansion on Bay Road in Miami Beach is asking a whopping $150,000 a month in rent.
The 14,000-square-foot home hit the market last May for just under $32 million before getting reduced to $29.95 million in February. It has seven bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, 130 feet of water frontage and was designed by Austin Harrelson.
It last sold for $6.1 million in 2012. Tied with three other homes, it's the priciest rental in Miami Beach.
