Paramount Miami Worldcenter has announced yet another amenity of sorts, in a guest suite collection exclusive to Paramount Miami owners.
The 30 guest suites feature a glass wall sectioning off the bathroom, a kitchenette, and a separate tub and shower. Located in the lower floors of the tower, they come in studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms, ranging from 530 to 1,200 square feet.
“Not everyone wants a houseful of guests, especially in condominiums where space can be at a premium. Guests often enjoy being close to their hosts, but like their privacy, and our luxurious suites satisfy both needs especially when you want to offer your visitors a little more VIP treatment,” said developer Daniel Kodsi. “We think there is pent-up demand for these accommodations, which can also be used for a variety of other purposes, including rooms for mother-in-laws, teenagers, offices or even man caves.”
Sales have eclipsed $300 million in the 60-story story tower, with the residential component of the 30-acre mixed-use project currently at 60 percent sold. The building comprised of over 500 residences is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2019.
