Midtown 5 is expected to welcome new residents in January, with Magellan Development Groupannouncing the opening of a pre-leasing center for its 400-unit luxury rental development in Midtown Miami.
The temporary leasing gallery is located at 3301 Northeast 1st Avenue (Suite 111), with a model kitchen and bathroom created to provide a glimpse of a unit’s interiors.

Units range in size from 540 to 1500 square feet, and feature modern designs in addition to keyless entry, smart thermostats, and USB ports.
Units will start at $1,544 a month for a studio, per the Real Deal, under the following pricing structure.
