The 50-story 1010 Brickell has topped off at 99 percent sold with just three units remaining for sale in the 387-unit building located at the corner of Southeast 10th Street and Southeast First Avenue, steps away from Mary Brickell Village.

The luxury residential tower co-developed by Key International and 13th Floor Investments is expected to open in the first half of 2017, and features some rather dope amenities, which include an impact-absorbing running track, a rock-climbing wall, state-of-the-art fitness center, resident-only spa, and various sporting courts.

Designed by Sieger-Suarez, there will also be an eco-friendly art installation in the lobby, Treetop Lounge, wet and dry playground areas, wristband check-in technology, and a rooftop pool deck.
