Some new renderings were released by The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach, unveiling a couple of the public spaces, showcasing the lobby and library.
Upon completion in the first quarter of 2017, the development will feature 111 condominium residences and 15 Lissoni-designed villas residences.
Its library will be comprised of collectibles, artifacts, modern design pieces, art and design books, and a canoe artifact paying tribute to Seminole Tribe of Florida. The development is currently 65 percent sold.
